INTERNATIONAL STAGE

Winner of the 2009, 2010 & 2012 International Festivals & Events Association Silver Award, 2013 Bronze Award for Best Community Outreach Program, the Southeast Festivals & Events Association 2013 Gold Award and 2014 Silver Award for Best Event Within an Event, and the 2011 Gold Award for Best New Event.

Now in its eleventh year, the award-winning International Stage located on the Lake Clara Meer dock brings hundreds of performers representing countries throughout the world to the Atlanta Dogwood Festival. Highlighting the many international communities that live in Atlanta, the International Stage features professional and amateur performers, children and adults with genres including dance, singing, martial arts, drumming and more. We are very grateful to all of the performers who donate their time and talent to this exciting stage each year.

Welcome to the Atlanta Dogwood Festival's International Village and Stage. We hope that you will enjoy your experience sharing in the culture and activities presented by the exhibitors in our International Village. Be sure to visit them when you are at the Festival.

The International Stage located on the Lake Clara Meer dock offers performances from around the globe in celebration of the many international communities that call Atlanta home. On the International Stage, you will see more than 300 performers, both amateur and professional, representing over 20 countries as well as local community organizations. You are sure to be thrilled by something new each year. We are very grateful to all of the performers who donate their time and talent to this exciting stage.

Our Event Manager and Artist Coordinator Lanna Rudeseal had the pleasure of visiting William Kwamena-Poh William Studios at his studio in Savannah. He won best in Painting Watercolor/Pastel at the 2019 Dogwood Festival and will be returning to the festival in 2020! He currently has a solo exhibition at the Jepson Center in Savannah, Georgia. ...
