The Mighty Elm by Ed Bratton

I used 252 pieces of 14 gauge aluminum wire that were 5.5 feet long when I started. A drill and clamp is used to spin two pieces together then the only tools used are wire cutters. All the twisting, braiding and shaping is done by hand. I did a chemical patina to give some brown tones and sealed it with an epoxy glaze.
29in W x 53in H
Retail price: $2995.00

Artist: Ed Bratton

All artwork must be picked up from each respective artist’s booth during the festival dates, April 17-19, 2020, or arrangements must be made with the artist.
